At Stacked, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and finished with gold plating. With a little extra care, your jewelry can remain a favorite for years to come.
To help preserve its beauty, we recommend:
- Avoiding excessive contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and other liquids.
- Removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or any activity that may cause excessive sweating.
- Storing your pieces in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Handling your jewelry with care to help prevent scratches and wear.
The better you care for your pieces, the longer they'll shine. We hope your Stacked jewelry becomes a part of your everyday moments and most favorite memories.
What is the return policy?
Every Stacked piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care. Because of the handmade nature of our jewelry, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Slight variations in color, shape, or texture are a natural part of the handmade process and make each piece uniquely yours.
However, our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase! If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please contact us at stackedbylil@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll do our very best to make it right.

What are the one of a kind pieces?
Each piece in our One-of-a-Kind Collection is truly unique — once it’s gone, it’s gone! These necklaces are designed and handcrafted as individual pieces, meaning there is only one available and they will not be recreated.
We love hearing your feedback, though! If a specific piece receives a lot of love and interest, we will always take that into consideration when planning future collections.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every Stacked piece is handcrafted by me, inspired by the creativity my grandmother first shared with me years ago. From design to assembly, each piece is made by hand with the hope that it brings a little more joy, confidence, and color to your everyday. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
